Everyone has their own reasons when striving for change in life. Sometimes our desire to change comes from a traumatic experience or could be from something or someone that inspires us. Some people find themselves asking these questions:

Is there more to life?

Am I living my true purpose?

Am I being true to myself and values?

Am I going after my dreams and goals?

Am I living up to my fullest potential?

Am I excited to get out of bed each morning?

Those are common questions that one might ask when seeking for life transformation. However, there is a difference between a desire and a commitment to change. One only requires thinking about it while the other requires action.

If you are looking for a real change,  then the big question is, Are you really ready to change? Or, is it something you, “kind of” want to do?

Recently, I read a very motivational message from Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim’s book, Seven Steps to Inner Power. She shares, “No matter who you are, no matter what obstacles and limitations you face at this moment, you can change your life and your state of mind completely. You can decide who you want to become.”

To me, this is very powerful because it’s easy to make excuses why we shy away from striving to go for the change that we want to strive in our lives.  We can easily come up with a long list of excuses for this. However, I believe Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim is teaching us that there is nothing that can hold us back. She reminds us that change in our life is possible.

If you are not happy where you are, it’s time to make the decision and take action toward change. Many people want to make a change in their life to reach their goals or change their lifestyle but not everyone is willing to follow-through because real change requires hard work, consistency, determination, self-compassion, and patience. Recently, I read an article online from Creations Magazine. Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim talks about the secret that most personal-growth experts fail to share. I highly recommend this for motivational readings if you are in need of inspiring wisdom.
