Jung Suwon Martial Arts

For Children, Adults and Families

All ages accepted at Jung SuWon Martial Arts Academy

Our Curriculum

We provide a program that encompasses the physical, mental, and spiritual training of traditional Korean Martial Arts training. Our classes are composed of a regular warm-up and stretching routine, meditation, and specific subjects related to hand and foot techniques, traditional forms, sparring, strengthening exercises, and many more!

Adults

Whether you’re looking for a great workout, want to learn about self-defense, lose weight, release your stress, learn more about yourself, or simply stay active, our program accommodates to all your needs. Adults can attend class on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. On Tuesday & Wednesday, class runs from 7:00 – 8:00pm. We have two classes during the week for those that are looking for an extra challenge: Monday & Friday – 1 hour 30 minutes (7:00 – 8:30pm). Saturday classes are from 10:30 – 11:30am.

Teens

Being a teenager is a very sensitive age. Many parents struggle to find common ground with their children during this life phase. Training at Jung SuWon helps teens find an outlet where they can alleviate their stress from school, social pressures, family issues, and whatever challenges life may present. Our program accommodates to all interests for this age group: self-defense, increased confidence, focus, discipline, challenge, stress relief, anger management, and many more.

Families

Our classes provide families a common activity in which they can all enjoy and thrive. Parents and children usually train in separate training groups which allows each to learn at their own pace.

Benefits from training as a family include:

  • strengthening family bond and unity
  • building mutual respect
  • physical fitness
  • discipline
  • and many more!
