Today’s topic: What makes you happy?

At Jung SuWon Martial Art Academy, reaching out to our community gives us such genuine joy in our hearts.

Our Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim encourage us to attend events in the community to empower people in our community with sharing our passion and what we love: training.

Last weekend, we had the opportunity to attend the local farmer’s market.

This photo taken below is priceless. One of our instructors, Nabi White, is connecting with an individual and it was a perfectly timed moment to capture this photo as a symbol of giving and receiving! Ms. Nabi shared, “I remember the twinkle in her eyes while I go over some of the self-defense moves…it was the most rewarding feeling!”
