On  January 24, 2019, many of the Jung SuWon students were promoted to their next color belt rank. We are very proud and inspired by them. Their hard work paid off. Many of them have been training for a few years. It is not an easy path. There are so many temptations in today’s environment to be lazy and be undisciplined. These warriors have been striving every single day to overcome these temptations so that they can strive and achieve the goals they set.

At Jung Suwon Martial Art Academy, we are taught by our founder, Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim to set new goals every time we reach a new rank, whether it is to get better grades, become healthier, or whatever it might be. We take this goals with us everywhere we go so we can take charge in our lives!

Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim says that “Whatever we do in our lives is our personal choice. We have the power to fulfill our dreams and our goals.” Carry this quote with you throughout your life and in your training and achieve the goals you set out on. We are looking forward to the next belt testing and belt ceremony!
