Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim teaches us how to be balance physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually and the importance of eating healthy plays a big role in living a balanced lifestyle. Sometimes, we don’t pay attention to what we put in our body but there are certain effects that we can get from eating healthy versus a bad diet. Have you noticed the difference? Do you feel sluggish after you eat a certain food or maybe you feel energized? Let’s gravitate toward food that nourishes our body, mind, and spirit instead of putting in the garbage in our body with all the fast food readily available out there.

Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim recently shared about incorporating bellpepper and avocado on our diet. We learned that avocados can elevate your mood, fight cancer, treat arthritis, nourish your skin, and benefit your heart.
And Bell Peppers are rich in many vitamins and antioxidants, especially vitamin A and C. For this reason, eating them may have several health benefits, such as improved eye health, better immune system and reduced risk of several chronic diseases.

I recommend this for everyone. Personally, I feel energized when I choose to eat healthy meals and it helps my performance in training and throughout my activities every day!
