Recently, our Founder Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim shared a very powerful message about the power of unity, during her keynote speech at Harvard Law School for the for an event called, Global Forum 2018: High Tech to Hight Touch!

She said, “Being surrounded with people with the same purpose, I feel that we can move mountains and cross oceans. Why is that?  As one single person, alone, no matter what you do, you can never achieve anything all the way. However, together, as a team, we have a tremendous responsibility and mission that will make a difference on this planet.”

I believe Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim’s message is for us to recognize the power of working together and practicing giving and receiving, sharing ideas and supporting each other to make a positive impact in the world.

We shouldn’t underestimate the power of unity and the strength it can create when applied. I think about the analogy that Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim talks about that just as your fist is made strong by the unification of each finger coming together, so are you made strong by unifying with each other. We can experience the power and beauty of coming together and becoming a force of nature as you combine your energies and talents as one.
