Not too long ago, in the course of a Jung Suwon class, Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim announced that three of her black belts will be testing for the next level black belt sometime this year.

At Jung Suwon, Black belt testings are very special.  They don’t happen very often.  Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim wants to preserve the purity of the Martial Arts and wants to also make sure that the students striving for the next higher black belt rank are in fact, ready for that higher level!

You will see these three Jung Suwon black belts in class a lot from now on, as they prepare for one of Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim’s famous black belt testings.   There is no “set program” at Jung Suwon for those belt testings.  Great Grandmaster Tae Yun Kim might not even announce the testing date!

So, from now on, make it a point to come to Jung Suwon every day, so you won’t miss out on this special event!
